By connecting your network, you enable our smart AI to scour through your professional contacts and identify potential candidates who could be great fits for openings at your company. It’s all about making your network valuable to your team and snagging some referral bonuses along the way!

We only use this information to match people in your network with open roles at your company. Your data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising. You can disconnect your account anytime from your settings.
Getting Started with Network Sync
Once your organization adds you to Wintro, you’ll receive an invitation email with a privacy notice. During onboarding, you’ll see the LinkedIn Sync option as the default method. If you prefer a different approach, click “Other network sync options” to explore alternatives.
LinkedIn Sync (Default & Recommended): Connect your network directly through LinkedIn’s secure authentication. Simply click “Connect with LinkedIn” and log in through LinkedIn’s official login page. This is the fastest way to sync your network. Remember: we only sync your connections list, nothing else.

Once your sync is underway, Wintro sets up your personalized dashboard. You’ll see a progress screen with two phases: first we analyze your professional network, then we find your potential matches. Depending on the size of your network, this can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.
You can safely close the page and continue with other work. We’ll email you when your dashboard is ready.
