Connect Your Systems

As a recruiter, connecting your essential systems to Wintro is the first major step in leveraging our AI-powered employee referral platform. Here’s how you can integrate your LinkedIn, your Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and chat systems to optimize your hiring process.

LinkedIn Connection

First, connect your LinkedIn account to Wintro using our LinkedIn Sync integration. Simply click “Connect with LinkedIn” on the Wintro platform and log in through LinkedIn’s official login page. This step is necessary to enable the core functionality of syncing your professional network.

After establishing the LinkedIn Sync, you can enhance your experience by installing our Chrome Companion extension. This extension provides additional features like Auto Sync of employee networks, which can be enabled in the settings by an admin. This feature is ideal for organizations with established connection-sharing practices, allowing for seamless network synchronization.

ATS Integration

Next, link your Applicant Tracking System. Go to the settings tab on our platform and click “Connect to <your ATS>“. Follow the detailed steps provided in the integration guide for your ATS in the Integrations section of our documentation. If your ATS isn’t listed or if the link is incorrect, please contact support@wintro.ai for assistance. Once connected, visit the vacancies tab and click “Sync Vacancies” to synchronize your job listings from the ATS to Wintro, which might take a few minutes depending on the amount of vacancies you have. Remember, synchronizing your ATS is essential for an integrated recruitment process, but you can still manually add vacancies if preferred.

Chat System Setup

Finally, connect your chat system (Slack, Teams, or Google Chat). This allows you to nudge colleagues directly from Wintro, ensuring messages are sent from you to your colleagues within the chat platform. Multiple chat systems can be connected simultaneously. Although emails can also be sent from no-reply@wintro.ai, direct chat messages tend to have a faster response rate.

Once all three systems are connected, you are fully set up to efficiently invite colleagues and start utilizing the full capabilities of Wintro.

With your systems connected, you’re now ready to invite your colleagues and amplify your referral efforts.
