General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Within the context of GDPR, Wintro acts as a ‘data processor’ for all company-specific data processing, except for all public non-company-specific data where Wintro acts as a ‘data controller’ .
As indicated in the Architecture section, Wintro leverages AWS, Azure, Vercel and Supabase as subprocessors in the context of GDPR. AWS, Azure, Vercel and Supabase are all actively involved and supporting GPDR in its services, for more information see:
