Before we begin the kickoff stage, please take some time to gather the following information. This preparation will help us make the most of our time together and ensure a smooth implementation.
Information to Gather

- Current referral program details (if any)
- Key hiring challenges you’re facing
- Success metrics you’d like to track
Technical Environment

- HRIS (HR Information System) in use
- SSO provider (if applicable)
- Any specific security or compliance requirements
Stakeholders

- IT contact for integrations

Technical Requirements Checklist
Section titled “Technical Requirements Checklist”Please verify the following before we begin:
- Admin access to your ATS for integration setup
- IT contact available for SSO/SCIM configuration (if needed)
- List of job categories or departments for pilot rollout
- Sample job postings to configure matching
Stakeholder Identification
