Preparation

Before we begin the kickoff stage, please take some time to gather the following information. This preparation will help us make the most of our time together and ensure a smooth implementation.

  • Current employee headcount
  • Number of open positions (average monthly)
  • Current referral program details (if any)
  • Key hiring challenges you’re facing
  • Success metrics you’d like to track
  • Current ATS (Applicant Tracking System) in use
  • HRIS (HR Information System) in use
  • SSO provider (if applicable)
  • Any specific security or compliance requirements
  • HR/Recruiting team lead
  • IT contact for integrations
  • Executive sponsor
  • Employee communications contact

Please verify the following before we begin:

  • Admin access to your ATS for integration setup
  • IT contact available for SSO/SCIM configuration (if needed)
  • List of job categories or departments for pilot rollout
  • Sample job postings to configure matching

We recommend having the following people involved at various stages:

To set up Wintro, we’ll need:

  1. ATS Integration

    • API credentials or admin access
    • Permission to create webhooks (if applicable)
  2. SSO/SCIM (if applicable)

    • Access to identity provider admin console
    • Permission to create new enterprise applications
  3. Communication Channels

    • Access to internal communication tools (Slack, Teams, email)
    • Permission to send company-wide announcements

Before the kickoff stage, think about:

  1. What does your ideal referral program look like?
  2. How do you currently communicate open positions to employees?
  3. What rewards or incentives do you offer for referrals?
  4. Which departments or roles are hardest to fill?
  5. How will you measure success with Wintro?
