Getting Started with ATS
Overview of all Applicant Tracking System integrations available in Wintro.
Wintro integrates with your ATS to automatically export referred and recommended candidates, keeping your recruitment pipeline in sync without manual data entry.
How It Works
- Connect your ATS: A recruiter or admin connects your ATS from Settings → ATS.
- Vacancies sync: Open positions are pulled from your ATS into Wintro automatically.
- Candidates export: When a candidate is referred or recommended, they’re pushed to your ATS with all context (referrer, relationship, notes).
- Stage updates: Wintro tracks the candidate’s progress in your ATS and updates the referral status accordingly.
