Technical Setup

The technical setup stage focuses on connecting Wintro to your existing systems. We’ll configure integrations with your ATS, set up SSO/SCIM if applicable, and ensure data flows correctly.

By the end of this stage, we will have:

  • Connected your ATS to Wintro
  • Configured SSO/SCIM (if applicable)
  • Verified job data is syncing correctly
  • Set up any additional integrations
  • Tested the end-to-end data flow

Wintro integrates with most major Applicant Tracking Systems. During this stage, we’ll:

  1. Generate API credentials in your ATS
  2. Configure the connection in Wintro
  3. Map job fields and statuses
  4. Sync your open positions
  5. Test referral submission flow

If you’re using Single Sign-On and/or automated user provisioning:

  1. SSO Setup - Connect Wintro to your identity provider

  2. SCIM Provisioning - Automate user creation and deactivation

Depending on your setup, we may also configure:

  • Historical jobs vs. active jobs only
  • Job categories and departments
  • Location mapping
  • Required fields
  • Import method (manual, CSV, SCIM)
  • Data fields to sync
  • Department/team structure
  • Privacy considerations

Please have the following ready:

  • Admin access to your ATS
  • IT administrator available with SSO admin access
  • List of fields you want to sync
  • Any specific security requirements documented
  • Test user accounts for verification

We’ll review these security items during setup:

  • API credentials stored securely
  • SSO correctly configured
  • User permissions verified
  • Data flow meets compliance requirements
  • Audit logging enabled

Once technical setup is complete, we’ll move to Training & Rollout to prepare your team to use Wintro effectively.
