Kickoff & Discovery

The kickoff stage is where we align on your organization’s goals, understand your current recruitment process, and define what success looks like with Wintro.

By the end of this stage, we will have:

  • A clear understanding of your hiring challenges and goals
  • Mapped your current referral process (if any)
  • Defined success metrics and KPIs
  • Agreed on implementation timeline and milestones
  • Identified key stakeholders and their roles
  • What are your hiring targets for the next quarter/year?
  • Which roles or departments are most challenging to fill?
  • What’s your current cost-per-hire for referrals vs. other channels?
  • How important is employee engagement in your referral program?
  • Walk us through how a typical referral happens today
  • What tools do you use for tracking referrals?
  • How do employees learn about open positions?
  • What incentives exist for successful referrals?

We’ll help you define measurable goals such as:

  • Increase in referral submissions
  • Reduction in time-to-hire
  • Improvement in referral-to-hire conversion rate
  • Employee participation rate
  • Quality of hire metrics

Please have the following ready:

  • Information gathered from the Preparation guide
  • Key stakeholders available (or reachable for questions)
  • Any questions about Wintro’s capabilities

After the kickoff stage, you’ll receive:

  1. Discovery Summary - Document outlining your goals, challenges, and success criteria
  2. Implementation Plan - Timeline with milestones
  3. Technical Requirements - List of integrations and configurations needed
  4. Action Items - Tasks for both teams before the next stage

Following the kickoff, we’ll move to the Technical Setup stage to configure your integrations and get Wintro connected to your systems.
